So, when she had a problem with it, she thought she was covered.
"It's like a cracking, sounds like something is running around in the frame of TV," she explained. "It usually starts up after about 10 minutes after having the TV on, and when I shut it off, it does the same thing."
Since the TV was only a year old, Huggins contacted hhgregg.
"They worked on it five times, and they couldn't find out what was wrong with it. And, they told me I had a cosmetic problem and it wasn't covered under warranty," said Huggins.
"I had a warranty, and you either repair it or replace it, and they couldn't do it," she said. "I just knew I was fighting a losing battle, so I contacted the Troubleshooter."
ABC11 Eyewitness News I-Team Troubleshooter Diane Wilson contacted hhgregg and Huggins got some good news.
"I'm happy to say they'll be delivering a new television, and upgrade from what I had," she said. "Thank you so much, not only for helping me but so many other people. When you have a big problem and you call Diane, just her name alone, when they hear Diane Wilson, the ball starts rolling
Huggins has her new TV and says she's happy with it.
A representative with hhgregg told ABC11:
"We are pleased to have worked with our customer and the extended service plan provider to offer a resolution to her concerns."
