Pearlie Johnson was last seen using an ATM near N.C. State in early February when the 65 year old's family reported her missing.
Her son, George O'Briant, said at the time that he last talked to his mother on Feb. 2 and he said his sister spoke to her Feb. 5.
Police later issued a Silver Alert for the woman.
Her family pleaded with the public for weeks to help Johnson return home safely.
On Saturday, Johnson's family said she was found safe.
"Our family and friends would like to thank you so much for your prayers, concern, and support for our mother," O'Briant said. "She is safe and is doing good. We will continue to love, protect, and admire our mom in her love for God and family."
