Teen in intensive care after ATV accident

APEX, N.C. (WTVD) -- A 15-year-old is in the hospital after being ejected from an ATV.

The State Highway Patrol said it happened Sunday in the 2900 block of Optimist Farm Road.

The four wheeler flipped when the teen tried to jump over a rock pile, according to authorities.

He was taken to WakeMed.
