Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard welcome first child -- Baby Dilly

Baby Dilly has arrived!

Jill Duggar, star of "19 Kids and Counting," and husband Derick Dillard welcomed their first child on Monday, April 6. According to People Magazine, the baby boy, Israel David Dillard, weighed in at 9 pounds, 10 ounces. He made his debut nearly two weeks past his due date.

The couple publicly announced that they were expecting just two months after their wedding. Their relationship and pregnancy journey has been documented on the show and on their social media accounts.

New dad Derick has also been blogging their experiences and three days ago wrote, "I can't even describe right now the anticipation I am feeling, as I am about to get to meet my firstborn son for the first time face to face. So many people have already testified that nothing can quite describe that moment and that I'll just have to experience it for myself."

New grandparents Michelle and Jim Bob, posted on the Duggar family's official Facebook page,"We are so thankful for a healthy Mom and baby! Love this sweet baby Israel! We are happy grandparents and we promise more pictures soon!"

Jill, 23, is the fourth oldest of 19 children, while Derick, 25, has just one sibling.
