Also, you can keep doing the exercises of the week that have already been posted. Someone asked me where they came from, they are all from my doctor.
He gave me some exercises and stretches for beginners, so I wanted to share them with you. Hey, I'm a beginner to this whole "get healthier" thing, so I figured I'd pass them along.
