Parents left wondering what to do about birthday parties after Cary Monkey Joe's closes

CARY, N.C. (WTVD) -- The Monkey Joe's in Cary closed Sunday "due to personal reasons by the local franchise owner," according to a spokesperson.

The company says people who purchased frequent user cards will still be able to use them at the seven other locations across the state.

Anyone who had parties booked at the Monkey Joe's in Cary will now have their reservations moved 10 miles away to the Raleigh location.
