Horror film fans unite at Carolina Fear Fest

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Horror fans headed to the NC State Fairgrounds for a festival honoring their favorite genre.

Celebrity guests including Tyler Mane, Alex Vincent and John Russo met fans at the Jim Graham Building.

There was also a SFX makeup and cosplay contest.

The festival runs Saturday and Sunday.
