Must-see video: Dog saved from a burning house

In Tennessee, a Good Samaritan was caught on tape running out of a burning house with an 80 pound dog in his arms who had been trapped.

Witnesses said about 30 seconds later the roof collapsed!

Once the mysterious man saved the dog, he put him down on the lawn and left the scene.

The hero has since come forward. He's a 20-year firefighter who was just passing by when he saw the smoke and jumped into action.

The house was a total loss, but the family said they are thankful their dog is safe.
