Durham Police say victim in Elm St. shooting has died

DURHAM, North Carolina (WTVD) -- Durham Police said Friday that the man shot Tuesday night on S. Elm Street near Angier Avenue has died from his injuries.



The victim has been identified as Timothy Devon Fuller, 22, of Durham.



Fuller died on Thursday and the case is now being investigated as a homicide.



No charges have been filed at this time.

Police said two people were seen leaving S. Elm Street in a dark sedan after the shooting there.



The shooting happened just minutes after another shooting just after 11 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Liberty Street. A man was shot, police said, but that victim is expected to recover.
