Woman pleads guilty in fatal Raleigh motorcycle crash
RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A woman accused of killing a man on a motorcycle in 2015 pleaded guilty to multiple charges in a Raleigh courtroom Wednesday morning.
The crash happened just after midnight on January 19, 2015 on Interstate 440 near Glenwood Avenue.

The Raleigh Police Department said 50-year-old Thomas John Anstey was headed west on I-440 riding a Honda motorcycle when he was hit from behind. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said the driver who allegedly hit Anstey -- 24-year-old Keira Jo Sprouse -- left her car, but fled the scene before officers arrived. She was later found at her home about 10 miles away.
Four hours after the crash, her blood-alcohol level was measured at .13. The legal limit in North Carolina is .08.
Police say she was traveling an estimated 115 mph before the collision. She also didn't hit the brakes after hitting Anstey and dragging him hundreds of feet.
Sprouse pleaded guilty Wednesday to second-degree murder, felony hit and run, and DWI.
She apologized for what happened in court.
"I understand that words may never do me justice but I'm truly sorry for the mistake that I've made and for the pain that I've caused everybody," she said.
Sprouse had two previous DWIs before the crash. Superior Court Judge Graham Shirley sentenced her to 12 to 15 years in prison.
Apex resident Leroy Linwood Kelley, 34, is accused of driving Sprouse to her home after the crash. The case against him is still pending.
