Police seek Fayetteville bank robbery suspect who hit on Country Club Drive

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Police are searching for a bank robber in Fayetteville.



Police say a man walked into the Carter Bank & Trust in the 600 block of Country Club Drive and handed the teller a note demanding money. It happened around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The robber left with an undetermined amount of cash.



He last seen heading toward Rosehill Road and Ramsey Street on foot.



The suspect was described as a black male, between 5' 7" to 5'8" in height. He was clean shaven, in his mid to late 30s. He was wearing a white hat, white jacket, and blue jeans.
