Fire damages home in Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Firefighters battled a fire at a home in the 2100 block of Milburnie Road in Raleigh Monday afternoon.

The blaze was reported just after 12:30 p.m.

Two people in the home got out safely.

Firefighters got the flames knocked down quickly, but there was heavy smoke and water damage.

The fire has been ruled accidental in nature.
