Water returns to some areas in Asheville; some west NC students back in school
There are some signs of recovery in the NC mountains.
A video showed running water returning to some areas in Asheville. However, city officials say the water is still not safe to drink right out of the tap and needs to be boiled first. Many other areas are still without water.
Meanwhile, more students in western North Carolina are returning to the classroom Tuesday. This includes Henderson, Haywood, and Transylvania counties.
There is still no timeline for Buncombe County schools, including Asheville.
