PHOTOS: Log truck crashes in Southern Pines

SOUTHERN PINES, NC (WTVD) -- Investigators say a log truck's load shifted causing it to turn over on U.S. 1 south of Midland Road in Southern Pines Monday afternoon.

The big rig tore out several hundred feet of guardrail and the spilling logs hit a motorcycle.

Both drivers were flown to the hospital for treatment.
