PHOTOS: The wild and wacky shoes of Miss America

The Miss America Pageant unveiled the shoes that will be seen during the "Show Us Your Shoes" parade on Saturday.

The Miss America website says the event "will showcase floats, bands, dignitaries, military heroes, celebrities, youth groups, special units, our Forever Miss Americas and, of course, the stars of the parade - the 53 State & Territory contestants showing off their fabulously festive shoes and costumes as they ride past the thousands of cheering fans!"
