3 hurt in boat crash at Moore County dam

MOORE COUNTY, NC (WTVD) -- Three people were hurt when their boat hit the dam at Lake Auman in Seven Lakes Friday night, the Aberdeen Times reports.

Police received calls just after 10 p.m. after the boat came out of the water, coming to a stop on the dam's guardrail.

Three people were taken to the hospital. Their conditions were not released.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
