Morrisville police searching for man who ran from traffic stop

MORRISVILLE, North Carolina (WTVD) -- The Morrisville Police Department says it needs your help in locating a man who escaped during a routine traffic stop.

He's described as a Caucasian male in his early 20s approximately 5' 9" with straight black hair in a ponytail. He was last seen in a turquoise shirt, tan pants and handcuffs.

He was seen on foot near Morrisville Parkway and Chapel Hill Road around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
