Must-see video: Woman, dogs rescued from icy water

A police body camera captured the moments after a woman was pulled out of frigid water when she and her dogs fell through ice on a reservoir in Utah.

Police said the woman had been in the water for about five minutes before a city employee drove by and saw her.

He called 911 police used a rescue device to pull her to shore.

Once the woman was rescued, the dogs followed.

She was treated for hypothermia and was later reunited with her pups.
