FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- The Fayetteville Police Department says the man wanted in a murder last weekend has been captured in Lumberton.
Abu-Bakr Abdur Rahman, 33, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 36-year-old Desmond Deron Smith.
Smith was found shot behind an apartment building in the 3030 block of Enterprise Avenue around 8 p.m. September 20.
Rahman is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center without bond.
