RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A Raleigh woman accused of driving drunk and killing a man is now out of the hospital and behind bars at the Wake County Jail.

Latisha Dixon, 33, was still wearing a neck brace and a hospital gown in her mug shot.

Police said Dixon was driving on New Hope Road on Sunday morning when she crossed the center line and collided head-on with a car driven by 22-year-old Terrance Smallwood.

Smallwood died following the crash.
