1 man dead, another injured after Raleigh nightclub shooting on New Bern Avenue, police say

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- One man is dead and another is injured after a shooting at Patio Nightclub in Raleigh Saturday morning, police said.

It happened around 3:30 a.m. in the 3900 block of New Bern Avenue. Officers arrived to find two men with gunshot wounds.

Both victims were transported to the hospital, one with life-threatening injuries and the other with non-life-threatening injuries. One of them died at the hospital, but authorities have not released his identity.

Raleigh police said no suspects are in custody. This is an ongoing investigation.
