GREENVILLE, N.C. (WTVD) -- A North Carolina teenager is now being charged as an adult in the death of a 13-year-old.
Aiden Joyner was indicted by a Pitt County grand jury for murder and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Police said he is one of two teens who shot Emiliano Gutierrez-Boviall in July in Greenville, while trying to steal a necklace worth just $50.
Joyner is being held on a $2 million bond. The name of the other teenager has not been released.
