City council vote unanimous for downtown Raleigh parking fee

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- The vote was unanimous at a city council meeting in Raleigh.

They voted for a $5 fee for parking decks downtown Friday and Saturday evenings only starting at 5 p.m.
