2 men, woman injured in Durham shooting, police say

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- Three people were injured in a shooting Sunday morning in Durham, police said.

According to the Durham Police Department, officers responded around 5:19 a.m. to a report of gunshots in the 600 block of Ellis Road.

Investigators learned that three victims, two men and one woman, arrived at a hospital seeking treatment for gunshot wounds.

Police said one of the men and the woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The second man was listed in serious condition.

The investigation remains active as detectives work to determine what led to the shooting.
