Raleigh Police investigate shooting near Umstead Park

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Raleigh Police are investigating after a person was shot Monday afternoon.

It happened on High Bluff Court, which is near Ebeneezer Church Road, not far from Glenwood Avenue.

The victim was taken to a hospital with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.

No other details were immediately available.

The case remains under investigation.
