
DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- A suspect in a shooting that left a man dead and a teen injured in Durham is in custody, facing a murder charge.
Sincere Bostic, 18, of Durham, was arrested in Goldsboro on Monday in connection with the case.
Durham Police said Bostic was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals.
Jayquon Taborn, 20, of Durham, died at a hospital after he was shot on June 29 on Middle Street. A 15-year-old girl had also been shot, but was expected to recover.
Bostic is being held without bond at the Durham County Detention Center.
