Raleigh police investigate shooting on Exacta Lane near Lake Lynn

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Police were on the scene of shooting in Raleigh Wednesday afternoon.

It happened around 3:15 p.m. at an apartment complex in the 3100 block of Exacta Lane.

Police are not sharing much information about the person shot only that they were still able to speak before being taken to the hospital.

It's not yet known which apartment this happened in or near, but police were mostly seen on the second floor of the building.

The shooting is under investigation.
