Man charged with secret peeping at Shaw University

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A man was charged with secret peeping at Shaw University early Sunday morning.

Shaw University Police arrested 40-year-old Phillip Leon Schaeffer for secret peeping and trespassing.

According to arrest warrants, he looked into a room occupied by a woman.

Police have not said if the woman is a student at Shaw.
