SUV crashes, snaps power pole in Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police are investigating an early morning crash Thursday that sent one person to the hospital.

Police told our crew on the scene an SUV crashed on Six Forks Road near Crestview Drive just before 3 a.m.

The vehicle snapped a power pole, authorities said.

The driver was rushed to the hospital. Authorities have not released that person's identity.

Police are still working to determine the cause of the crash.
