New Houston experience makes slime the star

HOUSTON, Texas -- The Sloomoo Institute offers an immersive, hands-on slime experience that delights both young and old.

This interactive playground allows visitors to explore the squishy and creative world of slime, with various zones dedicated to different types of this gooey wonder.

"From the minute you hit the door, it's going to be bright colors, upbeat music, laughter, joy and lots of scents and lots of textures, for sure," said Donald Landry, SlooMoo Guest Experience Manager. "The thing that makes it so appealing, whether you're two or whether you're 92, we all love joy. People who grew up in the '70s, '80s, '90s, when slime was really big on television, it brings back that nostalgia. It brings the kid out in the adults and it makes the kid extra excited to see their parents and guardians act so fun and so silly."
