ABC11 to take part in Special Olympics Unified Relay

ABC11's Don Schwenneker and Heather Waliga will carry the Special Olympics Flame of Hope in the Unified Relay Across America on June 2nd in Durham.

Come out and cheer them on during their 1/2 mile run from Cecil Street to Fayetteville Street near the campus of North Carolina Central University beginning at 4:38 p.m.

This nationwide relay will take place in all 50 states and supports the 2015 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Los Angeles in July.
