Downtown Fayetteville prepares for Christmas

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WTVD) -- It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in downtown Fayetteville.

The city's public works commission crews continued installing light pole wreaths along Hay and Person Streets Wednesday morning.

PWC began the downtown tradition in 1952 and will install 200 decorative wreaths this year.

The Fayetteville Christmas Parade will welcome holiday crowds on December 12.
