Spring Lake bank robbery suspect identified

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Spring Lake detectives have identified the man they say robbed a PNC Bank at the Skyland Shopping Plaza on Wednesday as 36-year-old James Lilly.

Lilly is now charged him with robbery with a dangerous weapon.

He is described as approximately 5'8", weighing approximately 170-180 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark sunglasses with a black toboggan hat, an olive green jacket, and gray sweat pants.
