Trucks collide head-on west of Durham

DURHAM, North Carolina (WTVD) -- Two trucks have collided head-on along US-70 between Hillsborough and Durham in Orange County.

It happened around 2 p.m. near University Station Road.

Pictures from Chopper 11 showed both trucks suffered heavy damage.

There was no immediate word on injuries.

US-70 was closed in both directions.
