Relocation of Red Hat Amphitheater begins, South Street permanently closed

This week marks a major change in downtown Raleigh -- one that signifies the start of a big project. On Monday, one block of South Street, between Dawson and McDowell streets was permanently close as part of plans to relocate Red Hat Amphitheater.
