Authorities investigating Wake County mobile home fire

APEX, N.C. (WTVD) -- Authorities in Wake County are investigating the cause of an early morning mobile home fire.

Crews were called to the 1800 block of Holt Road in Apex around 3:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Details surrounding the blaze have not been released, but something in the home caused firefighters to back off for a short time.

A fire marshall at the scene told ABC11 that the blaze is now a "law enforcement matter."

No injuries have been reported.

A nearby neighbor said that it was unclear if anyone lived in the home.
