Police say Victoriano Thomas Layon, 36, was driving a blue pick-up truck when he collided with two other cars - a white VW Beetle and a silver car so damage the make and model are unknown at this time.

After the collision police say Layon ran from the scene leaving three passengers, a woman and two children, in the truck he was driving. The woman and children were transported to the hospital. There conditions are unknown at this time. Officials say they are cooperating with the investigation.
