Authorities found the 20-year-old shot in the torso in the driver's seat of a black Mazda MPV on Nov. 20 around 4:15 p.m.
The Mazda was parked outside the Q Cigars Tobacco Store in the Strickland Bridge Plaza at the intersection of Strickland Bridge and Fisher roads.
Mosley was found unresponsive and was transported to Cape Fear Valley Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
