Police say they have several people they are talking to about the shooting, but no one is in custody at this time.
Authorities say that Graham was not an employee of the gas station. No one else was injured in the incident.

ROANOKE RAPIDS Roanoke Rapids Police say Corey Graham was found shot to death Saturday night around 11 p.m. at the BP gas station at the intersection of U.S. 158 and Interstate 95.
