Chesier, a Fort Bragg soldier, suffered extensive leg injuries, but the injuries are not life-threatening. Police say Parrish abandoned her Chrysler Lebaron and fled the scene on foot.
She is wanted for felony hit-and-run, failure to yield to the right of way causing serious injury and open container. Police say she is also wanted on a separate charge of probation violation.
