Plant closing to leave 150 jobless

DUNN Energy Conversion Systems will close its doors on May 25. It will put about 150 people out of work.

The facility makes carbon brushes for small motors.

Company officials say the closure is due to a downturn in the economy and the termination of a revolving credit agreement with Wachovia.
