Dae was found dead inside a 1996 Cadillac in the 7200 block of Parrot Drive around 10:30 p.m. Thursday, when officers responded to a call concerning a single-vehicle crash. Police say Dae was murdered.
Avery is not charged with the murder, but he is wanted for failing to appear in court on traffic related charges.
