Durham man indicted on sex charge

LYNCHBURG, Va. Joshua Young Moon is charged with one count of object sexual penetration. His trial is scheduled for September 28.

The university fired Moon after he was charged in April with a crime involving one of his students. The student, who is a rising senior, said she took a statistics class from Moon.

She testified that he gave her pressure-point massages several times for chronic pain she suffered from a car wreck. She said she fell asleep once and awoke to find Moon touching her inappropriately.

Moon remains free on bond.
