Man's death ruled homicide

Durham police are investigating a man's death after they were called about a cardiac arrest emergency.When officials arrived at a home on Red Cedar Circle shortly after 11 a.m., they found a man lying on the floor.

The victim, 64-year-old William Burroughs, was pronounced dead at the scene. His cause of death has not been released.

Further information surrounding the man's death is not available at this time.

No charges have been filed, but investigators said they are following several leads.
