Madden is charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen property and obtaining property by false pretense.
Investigators say he broke into a home on East Hudson Street between the June 21 and June 22. Madden allegedly stole a television, a DVD player, a digital converter box and an assortment of food products.
