He was captured by U.S. Marshals in Georgia earlier this summer on warrants for his arrest in the death of 35-year old Jessica Morgan.
Her body was found inside her SUV near Stedman on May 29.
Now, Manuel is charged with the November, 2006 murder of 45-year old Alfreda Scott Jones. Her sister reported her missing after stopping by her apartment and finding blood and obvious signs of a struggle. Her body was discovered by a survey crew in December, 2006 at the Mariner's Point subdivision near the Hoke County line.
