Police announced Monday they've identified a 25-year-old man who was hit and killed by a train in Johnston County early Monday.Clayton police say Victor Garcia Macias was living at an address on Shotwell Road, but he was originally from Mexico City, Mexico.

Investigators say Macias was walked west on railroad tracks and did not move off them when an eastbound train approached. They also said alcohol may have played a part in what happened.
