Wake commission chair suffers stroke

RALEIGH Eyewitness News has learned Harold Webb is being treated at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. Details about his condition have been released.

Voters elected the Democrat in 2003. He's currently serving a second term, representing the fifth district.

Webb became chairman of the board this year.
