Homeless woman's autopsy reaveled

RALEIGH Watkins' body was found steps from the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Raleigh in July. There was a soup kitchen there she frequented.

The medical examiner said Watkins suffered several skull fractures and other broken bones.

Police will not say if they have any suspects.

Anyone with information about the case should call police.
