Soldier charged with assaulting woman, child

FAYETTEVILLE Daniel Morgan Price, 24, of Linton Hall Road was arrested Friday evening after police responded to a domestic disturbance call at his home.

Police say Price failed to comply with officers' instructions and locked himself in the residence, but eventually came outside without further incident.

He was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor assault on a child under 12-years-of-age.
